Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to the Smart Calendar AI app and the smartcalendarai.com website. By creating an account or using Smart Calendar AI, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Smart Calendar AI is created and operated by ML Chua.
Your account
- Please give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private.
- Each account is for one person.
- Each plan allows a set number of phones to be signed in at the same time. Signing in on a new phone may sign out an older one.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. If you notice anything unusual, change your password and get in touch.
Plans and subscriptions
- Free plan: includes the features listed in the app, including a monthly allowance of AI voice reminders that resets on the first day of each month.
- Premium: available as a monthly or yearly subscription bought through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Free trial: where a free trial is offered, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends. Cancel in Google Play before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Cancelling: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds: handled by Google Play under its refund policies.
- Price changes: any change is shown in advance through Google Play, as Google Play requires.
Voice and AI features
Smart Calendar AI turns your words, photos and documents into suggested reminders. Every suggestion is shown to you before it is saved, so please check the title, date, time and alarm each time.
Alarms depend on your phone's settings, such as notification permissions, battery saving and Do Not Disturb. For time-critical matters such as medication or travel, keep a backup alarm as good practice.
Fair use
Please use Smart Calendar AI lawfully and respectfully. That means:
- Using Smart Calendar AI only for your own personal or work planning.
- Uploading only content you have the right to use.
- Leaving the app, servers and other users' accounts untouched by attempts to break, copy, overload or reverse engineer them.
- Using the AI features in a normal way rather than through automated tools.
Your content
Your reminders, notes and files belong to you. You give Smart Calendar AI permission to store and process them only so the app can work for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Google and other services
Google sign-in, Google Calendar and Google Play are provided by Google under Google's own terms. Smart Calendar AI is responsible only for its own app and website.
Changes to Smart Calendar AI
Smart Calendar AI is improved regularly. Features may be added, changed or retired over time. If a paid feature you rely on changes significantly, notice is given in the app.
Disclaimer
Smart Calendar AI is provided "as is" and "as available". Every effort is made to keep it accurate and running smoothly, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smart Calendar AI and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed appointment or event. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Smart Calendar AI in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Smart Calendar AI and delete your account at any time, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or closed.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. Continuing to use Smart Calendar AI after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Smart Calendar AI is based.
