Yes. Sign in with Google or with your email address. Your account keeps your reminders, settings and My words list safe across phones.

Tap Speak, hold the microphone and say your plan. Your words appear on screen as you talk. When they look right, tap Use this and your reminder is filled in, ready to check and save.

Absolutely. Speak the way you normally would, short forms and mixed languages included. Phrases like tmr morning dentist, later 3pm call the bank or next Fri lunch with Ben all become clear reminders.

Your words appear live, so you can spot it straight away. Tap Try again or simply type the fix. Smart Calendar AI remembers that fix for next time.

Choose your speech language in Settings, for example English, Chinese, Malay or Tamil. Your reminder is always written out clearly for you to check.

Usually just a few seconds from the moment you finish speaking.

Yes. When a word is heard wrong, type the right one before you tap Use this. Smart Calendar AI saves that fix to My words and applies it automatically in your future reminders. Only the words you correct are remembered.

Only the corrections you make yourself, for example a friend's name, your clinic or a nickname that was misheard. Every entry in My words comes from a fix you made. You can view, edit or clear them at any time in Settings under My words.

Just fix any misheard word in the text box before you tap Use this. Each fix is saved to My words automatically and used for all your future reminders. Words that were already right need no action at all.

Yes. My words is saved to your Smart Calendar AI account, so your fixes are ready the moment you sign in on a new phone.

Yes. Open Settings, go to My words and edit single entries or clear the whole list in one tap.

Yes. Relative and everyday phrases such as in 30 minutes, tomorrow morning, next Friday lunch or end of the month are turned into an exact date and time based on the moment you speak.

Smart Calendar AI highlights the date and time and asks you to choose. A reminder is only saved at a time you have confirmed.

By default, 30 minutes before the event. You can change this for any single reminder or set your own default in Settings with quick choices or a custom time such as 45 minutes or 2 days.

Yes. Say something like doctor appointment 3 Nov 2.30pm, remind me 1 hour before and the alarm is set exactly as you asked.

Repeating reminders are planned for a future update. Today, a phrase like every Monday gym 7am creates the next Monday's reminder with a note that it repeats.

Yes. Upload a photo of an appointment card, a letter or a document and Smart Calendar AI reads it and fills in the reminder for you to check. This is part of Premium.

Yes. Add files when creating or editing a reminder and open them any time from the reminder's details.

Yes. Connect Google Calendar and its events appear next to your own reminders in the month view.

Yes. Layouts adapt to folded and unfolded screens and tablets, with a side by side calendar and day view on wider screens. Text stays readable at large font sizes too.

Yes. Open any reminder and tap WhatsApp to send it with the date and time already written out.

The Free plan works on one phone at a time. Premium lets you stay signed in on more phones at once.

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited reminders you type in yourself, 15 AI voice reminders every month, alarms, notifications, Google Calendar events in your calendar and one tap sharing.

Premium adds unlimited AI voice reminders, photo and document reminders and use on more phones at once. Premium is available inside the app.

On the first day of every month. The app always shows how many you have left.

Your phone's own speech service turns your voice into words. Smart Calendar AI receives only that text and uses it to create your reminder.

Only you, after signing in to your account. Reminders are shared only when you choose to share them.

Sign in with Google or with your email and password. Signing in on a new phone keeps your account safe by ending older sessions when the device limit for your plan is reached.
